Alright. So I'm Roy. At some point I was the Infamous Roy, but apparently I'm not all that infamous anymore.
This will be my first PotC RPG... period. Aside from snippets on the Neoboards, that is. Abram is actually a modified version of one of my own personal characters from a collaborative piece I did with a friend. Long story. But I'm excited to get going here.
Barbossa, Jack, Norrington = <3
... okay, so I owe Will some respect too.
CotBP though I was on the verge of strangling him... multiple times.
I've been roleplaying for about six years now... in my younger days I was an avid equine, but I appreciate RPGs that involve humans nowadays. There's that whole emotional spectrum. The whole romantic 'bring me that horizon'. Plenty more to work with. I run a RPG right now, it's starting out and doing fairly well. Ironically, it's based off of Tamora Pierce's books and I can't say I'm an avid reader/fan of Tamora Pierce. They just happened to be handy. I also booted the setting forward a few hundred years so we could have exciting characters... like, say, pirates?
I ah... work at a bakery. Very noble line of work, baking.
I sketch. It's a hobby. No, I'm not going to take it to a career. Never never never.
I listen to country music (Dierks!). Die Ärzte are pretty amazing; I adore Tin Hat Trio and Bo Kaspers Orkester. I'm a bit of a soundtrack geek too. I don't know where Klaus Badelt was going with all that grainy percussion in CotBP. Or why his name was slapped onto the soundtrack when Hans wrote most of the themes.
I have a thing for Alexander Hamilton. I'm dead serious. The library won't let me check out the Federalist Papers anymore. rofl.
I really don't know what else to say. What else should I say?
