Name: [Captain] Jack Sparrow
Age: I would guess he is around 30-35. Please inform me if you have a specific age.
Gender: Male, of course.
Allegiance: Pirates. But with Jack, who can ever truly tell where his allegiances lie? More so to himself I am sure.
Occupation: Piracy. In the current light however, he is occupied with getting his ship back and setting sail for The Fountain of Youth.
Weapon of Choice: A pistol, a sword. All the same thing. He is handy with a sword, although it must be brought to attention that he is very well tempted to use his pistol in most cases. However, in the current case, he still has but one shot, and would rather save it for "the opportune moment." Savvy?
((Please excuse that, I simply could not resist.))
Home Town/Island: The sea is Jack's home. However, he is usually found hanging around the docks of Tortuga when he has no ship, or is otherwise in need of more rum or good entertainment. When there, he is constantly in search of something, be it women or new crew members.
Ship: The Black Pearl. When he has it at least.
Appearance: Tall, Dark, and Handsome. Well, of course this is opinionated. However, he stands at roughly 5'8", and has scraggly dark brown, almost black hair which hangs down to his shoulders in dreads. Around his head is a red bandanna. His white short, black jacket/vest, black pants, and black boots are on most occasions tattered up and dirty. His tan skin is rarely clean unless by chance, he is forced over board. This would explain his lack of good hygiene.
Personality: Jack could hardly be given the word "civil." Between owing debts, dieing, and getting slapped by girls, he has but one thing on his mind, and that is The Black Pearl. He hardly ever takes anyone else into consideration but himself as it would seem. However, this has been proven wrong in a number of cases. Take Will for example, who would have died had it not been for Jack. A deeper side lies beyond the carefree, loony, selfish pirate that we all have come to know and love.
History: Escaping a number of predicaments, Jack somehow always managed to come out on top. Until those five seconds of success are usually ripped from underneath of him of course. He has been marooned on an island more than once, killed the krakan, and died killing said beastie, come back from The Locker, managed to defeat Davy Jones and his crew of creepies, and at the same time managed to avoid settling and of his debts and being captured or otherwise hung, by the East India Trading Company. Need I say more?
Other: After having his ship stolen by Barbossa, and being carelessly left at Tortuga, Jack has set sail in his dinghy in pursuit of The Black Pearl.
Roleplay Sample:
It's understandable that most pirates live out most of their lives at sea, but spending a whole month in a dinghy was enough to drive anyone mad. Jack Sparrow was no exception.
Sitting in a reclined position on the little boat, Jack rolled his head clockwise, getting all the kinks out of his neck.
"'Ey! Be gone with ya'! You scalawag!" he cried at a seagull perched on the other end of his dinghy.
The bird simply went along, pecking at what it pleased. Jack took out his pistol and pointed it at the innocent soul.
"Now what ye' got to say?" he asked.
The seagull squawked once and remained where it was, unphased by the pirates threat.
Jack's mustache twitched to one side in its normal manner.
"Aye, I get that a lot."
He lied back once more, and put his pistol back into its usual position on his belt.
The waves crashed up against the dinghy, causing it to rock uncomfortably underneath of Jack. He wished now, more than ever that he could be on the Pearl. How was it that anytime he /finally/ managed to get it back, someone stole it?
/Should have looked into that ship insurance after all Jackie./
Deciding that there was no hope in him catching up to The Black Pearl now, he took out a few bottles of rum. Jack guzzled down the contents of one and continued to do so with the others, until he fell asleep.
He'd not been passed out for more than 10 minutes until he felt an impact. He sat up, and with one eye lazily closing shut, looked up at a dark figure looming above him.
Just at the top he could make out black sails. He smacked his lips together, not taking his eyes...er eye...off of the ship.
He took a rope from underneath of his seat and threw it up and around a railing. Taking hold of it, he somehow managed to get himself up on deck. He laid on the floor for sometime. Thank goodness he was in an area which was surrounded by barrels.
Barrels of...RUM!
Jack smiled sheepishly, and crawled to the side of one barrel, looking to see who else was on deck. Though his vision was blurred from all the drinking he'd been doing, he managed to make out a few men either swabbing the deck or drinking rum.
Against his better judgment, he stood up as a wave hit the side of the ship, causing him to collapse out in the open where everyone could see him. The crew stopped what they were doing, and looked at their former captain.
"G'day Gents." he said, as he hastily got to his feet.

Alright, that's about it. I know it might be a tad long, and that he also doesn't say much. Ugh, curse writers block. x3
